MODERN SLAVERY AND HUMAN TRAFFICKING STATEMENT FOR THE FINANCIAL YEAR 2022
INTRODUCTION
This statement is made on behalf of DHP Family pursuant to section 54 of the Modern Slavery Act 2015 and comprises our slavery and human trafficking statement.
Slavery and human trafficking remain an unseen blot on our global society. We all have a responsibly to be aware of the risks, however small, in our business and in the wider supply chain.
OUR BUSINESS
DHP Family are one of the UK’s most exciting and creative entertainment companies. We have been operating venues and organizing concerts for almost 40 years.
OUR SUPPLY CHAIN
DHP uses a wide range of suppliers who supply goods for sale, provide services at events and support our operations. DHP is committed to continuously improving its practices to identify and eliminate any slavery and human trafficking in its supply chains, and to act ethically and with integrity in all its business relationships.

We are committed to ensuring that there is no modern-day slavery or human trafficking in our supply chains or in any part of our business. Our modern slavery Policy reflects our commitment to acting ethically and with integrity in all our business relationships, to ensure that modern day slavery is not present in our business. Our recruitment process makes it impossible for slavery or forced labor to be used.
DUE DILIGENCE PROCESSES FOR SLAVERY AND HUMAN TRAFFICKING
Our suppliers are expected to conform to our high standards. Our procurement process ensures that key suppliers comply with all necessary laws and regulations.
We have in place systems across our business; our trading partners; and our supply chains to:-
SUPPLIER ADHERENCE TO OUR VALUES AND ETHICS
We have zero tolerance for slavery and human trafficking. To ensure all those in our supply chain and contractors comply with our values we operate in line with principles of responsible sourcing, including paying employees at the prevailing minimum wage. We have in place a supply chain compliance program that is maintained by the Procurement Officer or relevant management.
TRAINING
Key individuals dealing with significant procurement on behalf of the Group attend relevant modern slavery training.
Modern slavery is an ongoing risk. We have in place a continuous due diligence process to ensure that on an ongoing basis we can accurately identify risks & enact appropriate mitigating strategic timing.
This statement is made pursuant to section 54 of the Modern Slavery Act 2015 and constitutes our Group’s slavery and human trafficking statement for the financial year ending 31st December 2022.
