DHP Family are delighted to be declared as finalists in five categories at the Live UK Music Business Awards, which shine a spotlight on the best in the industry.
In another strong year for the company, two of our venues and one of our festivals are finalists at the awards, as well as the prestigious National Promoter of the Year and Best Spectacle.
Rock City in Nottingham is up for Best Club in the 800+ capacity section, whilst our iconic venue on a boat, Thekla in Bristol, is up for Best Venue under 800 capacity.
Dot to Dot Festival, which saw its biggest ever addition this year, is nominated for Best Multi-Venue Festival.
In what will be the biggest award of the night, we are also very proud to be in the final three for National Promoter of the Year and have been recognised for Best Spectacle, which could be taken by Ed Sheeran for his performance at The O2 earlier this year.
Now in its seventh year, the Live Music Business Awards is committed to presenting awards to the business people who drive the country’s contemporary live music industry. The awards recognise excellence and talent among promoters, venue operators, festival organisers and agents, through to artiste managers, tour managers, show producers, brand impact and record label partnerships.
