General sale commences at 10am BST on Thursday 27th September for all dates. SECONDARY TICKETS – PLEASE READ
Once again, Ed and his team have a strict stance against anyone using unethical secondary ticketing sites. The UK shows on this tour will use “paperless” ticketing technology which means that the credit or debit card of the purchaser of the tickets will become their ticket. This stops secondary sites and ticket touts being able to resell tickets at inflated prices and ripping off fans. Fans who become unable to go to the shows will be able to sell their tickets from November 1st to other fans at the price they paid + a booking fee at their point of purchase.
The promoters urge all customers to only use the official ticket sites listed at Edsheeran.com and are reminded that Viagogo.com is not an official ticket vendor for this tour. If anyone has any concerns with this or similar sites, they should consult the FanFair Alliance website at http://bit.ly/2sG24Er
As per the 2018 stadium tour, the promoters will be monitoring the sales transactions in close conjunction with the National Trading Standards Cyber Crime team to identify multiple purchases which are in contravention of the terms and conditions for the sale of the Ed Sheeran tickets and cancelling all tickets purchases that contravene these terms and conditions.

Currently on the North American leg of his global ‘Divide’ stadium tour, Ed is not only one of the most successful recording acts, ever, but one of the world’s most in-demand live acts. On this summer’s UK run, Ed played to over 1.1 million people, including four nights at London’s Wembley Stadium, marking the biggest-ever solo tour [without a band] that the UK has ever seen! Next year’s dates will see Ed return to the UK for four very special homecoming shows, which will run across two weekends.
Ed Sheeran – 2017’s biggest-selling global artist (IFPI) – released his Grammy-winning third studio album ‘÷’ (Divide) in March last year. A songwriter of a generation, Ed has continued to dominate charts across the globe since its release. With over 15.5 million copies sold worldwide to date, ‘÷’ has spawned Ed’s hit singles “Shape of You” (the third biggest-selling single of all time in the UK and most-streamed track on Spotify, ever), “Castle on the Hill”, “Galway Girl”, the 2017 UK Christmas Number 1 “Perfect” and “Happier”. Sheeran released his 10 million-selling debut album ‘+’ (Plus) in 2011, which featured the UK’s biggest-selling debut track of that year “The A Team”. In 2014, he returned with his critically-acclaimed 2nd LP ‘x’ (Multiply) featuring his global smash “Thinking Out Loud”. ‘x’ charted at #1 on both sides of the Atlantic and has since been named one of the biggest-selling albums of all time by The Official Charts Company – the album is now 90 x platinum and has sold 16 million copies, worldwide.
Ed was awarded a MBE for his services to music and charity at the end of 2017. He has won an array of awards over his career to date including 4 x Grammys, 4 x Ivor Novello’s, 5 x BRIT Awards, 6 x Billboard Awards and many more.
