A new exciting role has become available to join our Ticketing Team. The Ticketing Team at DHP is the support function for the concerts, festivals, and other events that the DHP Family deliver. The management of ticket allocations to external partners and the reporting of sales figures is a key deliverable of the DHP Ticketing Team along with the upkeep of alt. tickets, DHP Family’s in-house ticketing platform. Effective management of allocations using insights from sales reports both optimises ticket income and persuades our customers, consumers, and artists to choose DHP Family ahead of the competition.
Job Purpose
Supporting the Ticketing Manager and working with our promoters and production teams, you will be responsible for ticket sales reporting, overseeing ticket allocations, including guest lists, to ensure that they are organised effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Reporting of ticket sales
- Administration of allocations in SharePoint
- Liaising with DHP promoters and venues to meet their ticketing requirements
- Supporting the Ticketing Management team as required
- Identifying opportunities to improve the ticketing process.
- Working onsite at our DHP Festivals.
- Building events on the online alt. tickets system
- Stock control and despatching tickets
- Customer services via email
Experience, Skills & Qualifications
- Evidence of experience with Microsoft XL and other Microsoft applications
- Fastidious attention to detail
- Confidence and ability to work and communicate across multi-functional teams.
- Resilience to work in what can be a high-pressured environment.
- Great at multitasking
- Excellent communication skills and customer focus
- The capacity and willingness to learn.
You will be required to use SharePoint and training will be given. Industry experience is preferred but not necessary.
Joining the Family
The role is based at DHP Family’s Head Office situated in the Lace Market area of Nottingham City centre, on a 35 hour week basis. There are peak periods which might require flexible working times e.g. weekend working to deliver the needs of the business.
