DHP Family’s Marketing Team oversee the marketing of our six festivals and numerous concerts throughout the year. This role as a Marketing Manager will work in tandem with other marketing leads to deliver marketing initiatives across the live portfolio, taking sole responsibility from announcement to show date for delegated concerts, tours and festivals including Dot To Dot Festival, and a diverse assortment of concerts and tours as delegated by the Head of Marketing.
Our Live division promotes concerts in venues across the country year-round, as well as operating festivals Bearded Theory, Splendour, Dot To Dot, Footsteps, Society Exists, Beat The Streets and Foolhardy Folk Festival. The Marketing Administrator will be responsible for supporting the team’s delivery of marketing initiatives that drive sales and brand awareness across our full portfolio of events, as well as overseeing our social media calendars and output, including the development of our presence on TikTok.
The Promotions and Programming Manager is responsible for driving the success of the events booked by the Head of Electronic Music at Stealth and other venues within the company’s estate. They will oversee and execute innovative promotional strategies and assist the Head of Electronic Music to deliver a dynamic schedule of bookings.

We have welcomed many of the world’s biggest DJs/artists to the club; and in addition to our regular club shows we have also hosted larger parties at venues such as Rock City as well as outdoor festivals in Wollaton Park.
Rock City is our internationally renowned venue in Nottingham. It has seen some of the world’s top artists including David Bowie, Nirvana, Oasis, Amy Winehouse and Ed Sheeran perform on its stage over the years and has become an essential stop on the touring circuit, as well as a well-loved establishment by punters and artists alike.
Are you outgoing, confident and motivated to play an important part in keeping the atmosphere on a night out friendly and respectful, and to support people who may be vulnerable?
We are looking to train and provide Club Welfare Crew in our venue to improve our ability to look after our guests on a night out, and to identify and support people who may be vulnerable. While on shift with a fellow crew member, you will mingle with guests, take opportunities to promote positive behaviour, and help guests in practical ways.
